Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and MUTABLE, Croatia (“we”), who runs Visteria. By creating an account you accept them. Questions: hello@visteria.app.
The service
Visteria reads statistics and content from the Instagram and YouTube accounts you connect, analyses them, and shows you the results. It has read-only access and never posts, edits, comments or messages on your behalf. Visteria is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, YouTube or Google.
Explanations, tips and predictions are estimates based on your data and patterns across reels. They can be wrong. They are not a guarantee of any result.
Beta
While Visteria is in beta, features may change, break or be removed, and access is free. We’ll tell you before paid plans start; nothing is charged without you choosing a plan.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 and have the right to connect the accounts you add.
- Keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
- Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to access other users’ data, overload or reverse-engineer it, or resell it.
Your content
You keep all rights to your reels, captions and data. You give us permission to store, process and analyse them only to run Visteriafor you, and — in aggregated, de-identified form — to improve predictions for all users, as described in the privacy policy. Your reels, captions and statistics are never shared with or shown to anyone else.
Paid plans
- Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where it applies. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are handled by Stripe.
- If you’re a consumer in the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because the service starts right away, you’ll be asked to agree that it starts before that period ends; if you withdraw, we refund the unused part.
- We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice of any price change, and it applies from your next billing period.
Ending
You can stop using Visteria and ask us to delete your data at any time (how). We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after warning you where reasonable.
Liability
We provide Visteria with care but “as is”. We aren’t liable for decisions you make based on it, for changes Instagram or YouTube make to their platforms or APIs, or for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Law
These terms are governed by Croatian law. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law where you live and can bring a claim there.
Changes
We’ll email you before material changes take effect. If you keep using Visteria after that, the new terms apply.
