Delete your data
You can stop Visteria from reading your account and have everything we store about you deleted at any time.
1. Remove access
- Instagram: in the Instagram app go to Settings → Apps and websites, find Visteria and remove it. We can no longer read anything from your account.
- YouTube: go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, choose Visteria and remove access.
2. Ask us to delete what we stored
Email privacy@visteria.app from the address you signed up with, or tell us your Instagram username. We’ll confirm the request, delete your account, posts, statistics, analyses, uploaded videos and screenshots within 30 days, and email you when it’s done.
Removing access alone stops new data coming in. To have stored data deleted, send the email above as well.
